De Queen’s own Collin Raye will return to his birthplace for Collinfest 2008 on June 18th, 19th, and 20th.

That’s right, three fun filled exciting days of Collin Raye! Collinfest will kick off Wednesday, June 18th, 6:30 p.m. with a Collinfest Fan Club Party.   Fan Club members will be able to visit with Collin Raye and his family members at Lewie's BBQ on Collin Raye Drive across from the radio station. Admission to the Fan Club party is $25 per person and will include a meal. 

Thursday, June 19th, there will be a tour of De Queen with stops at locations that are significant to Collin’s life and career.  The tour will include a sack lunch at De Queen Lake and groundbreaking ceremonies at the site of the new amphitheater.   The 5 hour bus tour will be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for just $30 per person.  At 6:30 Thursday, June 19th the Colgate Country Showdown will be held at the De Queen Elementary Cafetorium.  Admission for the Showdown will be $8 for adults and $5 for students.

Friday, June 20th there will be a Collinator’s Brunch from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. at #1 Country Studios for $10 per person. Enjoy a great meal and watch the Country Breakfast Crew live!  And new this year....a Celebrity Golf Tournament will be held at the De Queen Country Club.  The tournament will be an 18 hole, 4 man scramble and feature teams each headed up by a different celebrity including Collin Raye, Emerson Drive members, Chuck Barrett, and lots more.  The Collinfest Concert will begin at 6:30 p.m. at De Queen’s Leopard Stadium featuring Collin Raye and special guests Emerson Drive.

To allow all of Collin's fans equal access to front row seats, we have roped off a VIP seating section. These seats are the first nine rows, center stage.  Seating is on a "first come" basis the night of the concert.  Gates will open at 5:30 pm for admission into the VIP seating section and first ones in line that day will have first choice of seats. NO SAVING SEATS, PLEASE!!! You must have a ticket in-hand for each seat you claim.
