Announcing Fall Soccer Registration     Now thru  8/25

Registration for fall soccer for ages 12 and under is being held now through August 25th,  Pick up registration forms in De Queen Herman Dierks Park Office from 8 am - 4 pm. Registration Fees are $35.00 this includes jersey, shorts, socks and shin guards...or if you already have a uniform registration fees are only $10.00.  Registration and Registrations fees will all need to be turned in completed and attached with Birth Certificate to the Herman Dierks Park office no later than Aug. 25th or you will miss out on the fun.  If you have any questions you may contact Shannon at the Park office 870-642-4140 or e-mail me at dqyouthsports@yahoo.com
