EEO Public File Report 2007

As per the payroll period ending January 31, 2008, radio stations KDQN AM & FM had a total of five (5) full time and six (6) part-time employees, consisting of:  Three (3) Officials and Managers (1 White, Male; 2 White, Female); One (1) Professional (White, Male); and One (1) Sales worker (White, Male).

 KDQN AM & FM had a total of Six (6) part-time employees, consisting of: One (1) Official & Manager (Hispanic, Male), Three (3) Professionals (1 White, Male; 2 Hispanic, Female), One (1) Sales worker (White, Male), and One (1) Office & Clerical worker (White, Female). 

There were No Full-Time hires in 2007. There were four (4) part-time hires in 2007.

 During the last 12 months, the station employment unit engaged in the following initiatives: 

 Prong 3 Menu Options:

1.   Distributed information about careers in the broadcast field during live remote broadcasts.

2.   Management attended an EEO Compliance Seminar covering EEO Rules and Policies sponsored by the Arkansas Broadcasters Association.
