As per the payroll ending January 31, 2012, radio stations KDQN AM and FM had a total of four (4) full-time and seven (7) part-time employees.

Four (4) full time positions consisting of:   Three (3) Officials and Managers (2 White, Male; 1 White, Female); and One (1) Office & Clerical Worker (White, Female)

Seven (7) part time positions consisting of:   One (1) Official & Manager (Hispanic, Male), Two (2) Professionals (1 White, Male; 1 Hispanic, Female), and Four (4) Sales workers (1 White, Female; 3 White, Male).
